HAWAII: Part ONE
Happy New Year!
We had a great trip to Hawaii, and many thanks goes out to Papa & Iris for treating us to this wonderful 2 weeks in paradise. As the photos show, we had a wondeful time. Quinn was a very good traveler in both directions. On the 4.5 hour flight back from Maui to San Francisco (through the night), he slept the entire time, which was more than helpful. Quinn misses the constant attention from his extended family, cousins, grandparents, etc....and is now having to adjust to home life with his boring family. Enjoy our photos!
This is the view from our condo in Kihei...we LOVE this condo...it is not fancy or elegant, but it is literally ON TOP of the ocean, and the proximity to the beach with children along is priceless. There is also a full size kitchen...again a MUST when kids are along. This photo was taken from our balcony.
Another pic of our condo view....Madeline and Eva are on the bed playing Yahtzee. At night, we kept the sliding glass doors open all night long...now back home, we miss hearing the ocean.

I made the cousins pose for this picture before they got to go to the beach on the first day....they look happy, but they were not too happy with me!
