Playdate with John

Last week, Quinn said "John?" and I asked if he wanted to go and see John, who lives across the street, and down a couple houses. Quinn ran to the door, and I was surprised that he knew exactly which way to go, and which house it was. I grabbed my camera, and documented this cute afternoon excursion!

On alternating Thursday nights, after dinner for an hour, Quinn and John have been going to each other's houses for some evening play time. They each have cried briefly when left at the other's house, but both have recovered in several minutes. (so we've been told...) It's been a good opportunity for Quinn, who can be somewhat a Momma/Dadda's Boy, to have some time away from us. (and quite frankly, vice versa)

Walking to John's house.

Knocking on the door!

Hi John!

Look Quinn! It's an airplane!

Ok, that was fun! BYE!

Hey waita minute! Why am I leaving? Let's Play some more!

Come over, John!

This is my new pea gravel pit with my dump trucks!

Keeping House...the mess never ends!

The End!

Precious! I had to click over and read your blog after your comments on mine...they are so much alike. We love sweeping around here (still scared of the vacuum) and playing with the ice dispenser and watching picture slideshows, too!

Are you Tess' Aunt Pammie by any chance?
