Happy Easter Party!

We hosted a fun Easter party on Sunday. It was a warm, beautiful day, after a week of cloudy, rainy, & snowy cold weather. We were able to eat outside on our porch...the first outside party of the year! Our Easter egg hunt was a big success this year, with the addition of lottery tickets inside the eggs, as well as the usual candy and coins. The food was excellent, and the company was terrific as usual.
Warm enough to eat and visit outside!

Hannah, who initially resisted hunting for eggs (claiming that at 18 years she was TOO old...), changed her mind when I told her there were lottery tickets in some of the hidden eggs....she ended up winning $11 on one egg! Lesson: you are NEVER too old to go on an Easter egg hunt!
